After over 2 years of Light and Love...
The time is perfect to begin a new chapter.
As of May 1st, Elee and I will be passing the torch
to Deborah who has been with us for well over a year and you all know and love.
The transition will be seamless and the instructors
and schedule will remain much the same.
Elee will still be teaching Xtreme Survival classes on Mondays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.
Bonnie will be teaching at Your Community Yoga on Putnam Ave. in Hamden. Less than 5 minutes from Inner Light location. yourcommunityyoga.com
